Epoxy garage floors in League City start with the slab under them. The Census Bureau counts 34,137 single-family detached homes in the city, more than three of every four housing units. The median home was built in 2002, so about half the garage slabs here are older than that. Like most homes in the Houston area, these houses sit on slabs over clay soil that moves and cracks.
Epoxy One has installed floor coatings across Greater Houston since 2008, from our Memorial office in Houston. League City sits about 33 miles to the southeast, straight line. We lead with epoxy garage floors and also install polyaspartic, polyurea, metallic and flake systems, plus commercial epoxy flooring. Call or text (281) 831-5656 for a free estimate.

League City started at the junction of Clear Creek and Chigger Bayou. George W. Butler settled there in 1854, when the area was known as Butler's Ranch or Clear Creek. In 1907, Butler and his son Milby oversaw the planting of two flatcars of live oaks. Many of those Butler Oaks still line Main Street.
League City became an incorporated city in 1962. Between 2000 and 2005, it passed Galveston as the largest city in Galveston County. The Census Bureau's 2019 to 2023 estimate puts League City at 114,885 people and 44,280 housing units.
An older garage slab can carry hairline cracks and a worn layer of paint or sealer. Our crews diamond grind every slab, which removes old coatings and gives the epoxy fresh concrete to bond to. Cracks get filled and joints get repaired before any coating goes on. A flake epoxy floor then hides the small flaws an older slab still shows.
In ZIP 77573, the median home was built in 2001, and the Census counts 29,122 single-family detached homes. Tuscan Lakes, Westover Park and Hidden Lakes are master-planned communities, and Victory Lakes sits near I-45 and FM 646. South Shore Harbour has golf course homes with views of Clear Lake, and Magnolia Creek surrounds a private golf club.
Full flake over an epoxy base is the most common finish we install in two- and three-car garages. A clear topcoat seals the flake and makes the floor easy to clean. A metallic epoxy floor suits a media room or a collector's garage, and no two come out alike. A metallic floor usually takes about three days, starting with a prep day.
About 200 custom home builders in the Houston area use us for their garage floors. On a new build, our crews schedule around the other trades. A Google review from a custom builder's employee says our crews "always leave the site clean."
League City has run Harvey-related drainage studies and has been repairing drainage channels the storm damaged. If water ever stood in your garage, the slab can hold moisture after the surface looks dry. Moisture rising through a slab is the top reason coatings fail around Houston. We test every slab before the base coat.
A high reading means a moisture vapor barrier primer goes on before the epoxy. For the full story, read why epoxy floors peel in Houston.
League City sits on I-45 about halfway between Houston and Galveston, and the air stays humid most of the year. For patio coatings, we start with an epoxy base and finish with a polyaspartic topcoat. Polyaspartic cures in high humidity and is UV stable, so it does not yellow in full sun. A polyurea floor coating is another choice outdoors, since it stays flexible.
The UTMB Health League City Campus sits on the Gulf Freeway near FM 646. Down by the water, the city has marinas such as the Waterford Harbor and Yacht Club Marina. For a shop or a storage building in town, we build the floor around how it gets used.
Our commercial floors typically run 2 to 3 millimeters thick. Warehouse and shop floors can take safety striping, and a custom logo or decal can go into the floor itself. Ramps and loading areas can take an anti slip floor coating with quartz or aluminum oxide in the finish.
From our Memorial office, crews head southeast to I-45 and follow the Gulf Freeway down to League City. Estimates are free, and quotes often come back within a day.
Epoxy One has put down more than 3.5 million square feet of floor coatings across Greater Houston. Four installation crews handle the work today, and we are rated 4.6 by 140 Google reviewers. The work is backed by a written warranty; ask us for the terms.

Full flake, solid color or metallic finishes over an epoxy base, topped with a clear coat. Most Houston garages are a two-day job.

Polyaspartic floor coatings cure fast and hold their color in the sun. We install them as the clear coat over an epoxy base, or as a full one day system.
Learn More
Polyurea floor coatings cure fast and stay flexible under hard use. We install them over an epoxy base, or as a full system when the schedule is tight.

Metallic pigment worked into clear epoxy, poured over a solid color base. Every floor comes out one of a kind, and most take about three days.

Vinyl flake broadcast into an epoxy base coat, then locked under a clear topcoat. The chips hide slab flaws and add grip, and it is the finish most Houston garages get.
Learn More
A pigmented epoxy base under a clear topcoat, in one even color from bone and tan to gray, slate and safety red. The simplest finish we install, and the one that makes a garage or shop read as one clean surface.
Learn More
Colored quartz broadcast into an epoxy base coat, then sealed under clear coats. The grains give the floor grip, and the clear coats set how sandy or smooth it feels.

Epoxy floor systems for warehouses, aircraft hangars, auto shops, showrooms and plant floors. Safety striping, walkways and logos go right into the floor.

Coated floors for T-hangars, corporate hangars, maintenance hangars and museum hangars across Greater Houston. We build them on an epoxy base with a tough topcoat, plus striping and logos if you want them.

Quartz and urethane floor systems for kitchens, bars and food plants. Coved at the walls, sealed at the drains and textured for wet floors.

Slip-resistant coatings for floors that get wet or see heavy traffic. We build the grip into the floor with a quartz broadcast, an aluminum oxide additive or a textured topcoat.
Learn More
Acid stains and dyes put the color inside the slab, then a sealer takes the wear. We stain and seal interior floors, porches, patios and driveways across Greater Houston.
Learn More
Acid stain soaks into your existing driveway and turns plain gray concrete a lasting earth tone. A clear sealer over the color stands up to tires and weather.

We coat the bare concrete slab in living rooms, kitchens, foyers, media rooms and home gyms. Choose solid color, metallic, flake or quartz, all installed with low-odor products.

We coat backyard patios, covered patios, porches and entry steps with an epoxy base and a UV stable topcoat. Full flake is the usual finish, and grit in the topcoat adds grip when wet.

These guys did my garage floor back in November, Pablo really knows the technical knowledge and recommend a vapor barrier to be put down first. 3 months in and it still looks brand new. Went with Folsom color choice. Super easy to work with and plan around the drywall crew. Highly recommended!
I work for a custom home builder in the Houston area and we have been using Xpedite Coating for many years on our garage epoxy floors. They are very professional and timely and always leave the site clean after they are finished. I would highly recommend them for your next epoxy flooring need.
I used Xpedite Coatings twice to finish my epoxy flake garage floor at 2 properties. This guy is professional at what they do. The crew came and finished the job in a timely manner. The results look great and price is competitive. Highly recommended.
We used Xpedite to epoxy our garage floor. Of the 4 quotes we received theirs was not only the best but the most honest. Rather than try to upsell us on a premium product or more square foot coverage they recommended a more modest plan given our use case, and we're transparent about the liters of product they would be using. They were fast and clean, and the garage floor looks beautiful!
Jose Pablo has done three garages for my family. Each one as beautiful and functional as the next. This time we did all white and it's phenomenal. The company did the floors for the Lonestar Flight Museum, so if the floors they made stay white and clean and withstand the traffic of moving 40 or more planes per month, my garage with my little comings and goings will be just right.
I am a wedding venue owner and was in need of replacing our floors. I got over 10 quotes from different flooring companies. Pablo had very competitive pricing and had way more knowledge than any other floor company that i interviewed. His guys did a great job on the flooring. We had to do some additional work afterwards on it based on the usage of our floors and Pablo went above and beyond to make sure that the floors were exactly how we needed them to be for our clientele. He is trustworthy and extremely professional and goes above and beyond for his clients! Use him for your floor project you will not regret it!
